As Maintenance Team Leader, you will manage a maintenance team of about 12 people for one of Teijin Aramid's plants in Emmen. 
You will also manage a team of 12 troubleshooting technicians on the entire site 24/7.
As team leader you have a high degree of freedom and responsibility to contribute to results, process optimization and team development.

The Department
The Maintenance department (approx. 100 FTE) consists of several teams with different focus areas.
You work within the Maintenance Team together with 4 other Team Leaders and in addition you work closely with the managers of the relevant Production departments. You will report to the Manager Maintenance.

Responsibilities:

As team leader, you provide direction and direction to these teams in a stimulating and coaching manner. In your teams work mainly repair technicians and technicians WTB/E&I.     
You ensure that they can do their work within clear frameworks and guide them in their development.
You are responsible for the medium-term vision and realization of maintenance-, breakdown-, repair-, modification- and limited new construction work on WTB and E/I/A. 
You will ensure that these activities are carried out safely, on time and adequately, thereby contributing to keeping plant installations in a good condition and operationally reliable at optimum cost.                                                                                           
As team leader you have a high degree of freedom and responsibility to contribute to results, process optimization and team development.
You are clear in your expectations towards your employees, you are decisive with an eye for content, result and relationship.

Your profile
In the position of Team Leader Maintenance, you have at least a completed college education and you have at least 5 years work experience in a similar position in a production environment and: 

• You are focused on the development of your department and team.
• You encourage active collaboration within and outside the department.
• You have a connecting communication style, you are curious, listen well and ask questions.
• Knowledge of Maintenance, Lean methodologies and experience with application of HSE procedures.
